A major event on the NSW Axemen associations calendar, the Berowra Woodchop organised by
Berowra Apex Club is set to impress again on Sunday 27th August, 10am to 4pm.
This event, which began in 1994 has grown year on year. In 2022 the event was moved to a larger
location – Warrina Street Oval, Berowra.
This event is now a family friendly extravaganza including fairground rides, petting zoo, a diverse array of market stalls with something for everybody, hot and cold food to cater to all tastes and budgets, live music, licensed bar and other entertainment throughout the day as well as the main event, the Woodchop.
Experienced NSW axemen complete against each other in numerous categories to see who comes out top.
This is a free community event run by the community for the community thanks to support from Berowra Village Tavern, Hornsby Shire Council, McGrath Real Estate and Nobby Kitchens.
The incredible support and in all previous years but one hosting of this event by the Berowra Village Tavern allows the event to continue and we and the Berowra Community are incredibly grateful!
